Personal data is collected, processed and used by the company MAAY d.o.o., Mlinovi 159a, Zagreb, as the manager of data processing and protects them as a business secret. MAAY d.o.o. applies organizational, personnel and technical data protection measures. We treat personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679). Your personal data will not be disclosed to third countries that are not obliged to apply the General Data Protection Regulation. Personal data are data that enable the identification of a natural person, and this primarily includes, name and surname, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address and IP address. The responsible service in terms of the right to personal data protection is the company MAAY d.o.o., Mlinovi 159a, Zagreb; info@fpp.hr. Your personal data will be stored in the system of MAAY d.o.o. until the revocation of this consent. All personal data that we learn from you will be processed for the purposes described in more detail below:

• Contacting for information about the product, service, information that is of interest to you only after placing an order via the website www.fpp.hr for the purpose of that order / purchase;
• For delivery of purchased products;
• Conducting marketing activities of MAAY d.o.o. (informing about news in the offer, promotions and benefits), including the delivery of our newsletter;
• For the purpose of statistical data processing, purchase and delivery of products;
• You allow access to your account on the YouTube Video, Facebook, Google+, Twitter and Instagram portals.
• For statistics via Google-owned tools.

We treat your collected personal information in a confidential manner. The data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need these parameters to do the job.

As a data transfer protocol, we offer HTTPS for our websites, using the latest encryption protocols.
