FPP® fermentation is made by using specific traditional yeasts (Saccharomyces), and after several months of fermentation, there are no living yeasts and identifiable yeast products anymore in FPP®. Over the past 15 years, people with yeast allergy did not encounter any problems while taking FPP®. However, since FPP® main components are carbohydrates (more specifically beta- glucans-like products) and amino acids, which are part of our cell’s components, allergy could occur, even if the risk is very low. If you know that you are allergic to yeast, we recommend that you consult your doctor before taking FPP® products.
